What we collect
We collect: name, phone number, email (optional), date of birth, IP address, device fingerprint, deposit and withdrawal banking details, gameplay history, and chat-support transcripts.
How we use it
To verify identity (regulatory requirement), process payments, prevent fraud and money laundering, deliver responsible-gambling tools, and improve our service. We do not use your data for behavioural advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with: licensed payment processors, our compliance auditors (BMM Testlabs, iTech Labs), and law enforcement where legally compelled. We never sell data to advertisers.
Storage and security
Data is stored on encrypted servers in Singapore. Backups are encrypted at rest. Personal data is retained for the period required by AML regulations (typically 5 years after account closure).
Your rights
You may request a full copy of the data we hold on you, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account (subject to AML retention requirements). Email privacy@winboxapps.my with proof of identity.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for session management and security only. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising IDs, or fingerprinting libraries.
